Shipping policy

Orders cannot be canceled at any time. 

Products are ready to be shipped from our warehouse in Connecticut, California, Utah, or overseas.  Please note that processing can take up to 7 to 12 business days on payment processing, and shipping. 

Canc policy , An order cannot be canceled if it's already in processing status or shipped.

What are your shipping options?

We have 4 domestic shipping options to choose from upon checkout. For items needed in a hurry, please select one of our expedited shipping options to receive your item(s) sooner.

Free US Shipping on orders $75 OR MORE Flat rate of $8.00 - Please allow 1-2 business days for processing. Once they are processed, they will reach their destination in 5-14 business days.

3 Business Days - $8.95 - Orders are shipped using UPS and USPS and typically ship out within 1-2 business days. Once they are processed they will reach their destination within 3 business days.

2 Business Days - $17.95 - Orders placed by 2 pm EST will ship out the same business day and you will receive your order in 2 business days. Please note delays due to UPS/USPS exceptions and weather-related delays are beyond our control.

Next Day Shipping - $34.95 - Orders placed by 2 pm will ship out the same day and you will receive them the next business day. Orders placed after 2 pm will ship out the next business day.

Lost Packages- If your package is lost, stolen or mis-delivered we will open an investigation with the shipping carrier. Please note this may take up to 2 weeks.

Once the investigation is complete, if your item is lost in transit or delivered to the wrong address we will replace your items or issue a refund if they are not available. However, if the shipping carrier determines the package was delivered to the correct address we are unable to issue a refund. We are not responsible for mis-delivered packages due to incorrect shipping information being entered by the customer. Please make sure all shipping info is correct before placing your order.

Please note that delivery times do not include weekends or holidays. Business days are Monday-Friday. Shipping charges are nonrefundable. Any delays due to UPS/USPS exceptions and weather-related delays are beyond our control.
