VALOMIE BOUTIQUE WILL OFFER STORE CREDIT FOR RETURNS. WE DO NOT ISSUE REFUNDS TO ORIGINAL METHOD OF PAYMENT.
Valomie will accept returns of unworn clothing items with original tags and clear garment packaging with SKU label. We do not accept exchanges of any kind.
Return requests must be initiated within 7 days (return window based on the exact time of delivery) of receiving all items in the order and shipped back to us within 7 days of submission to qualify for a full credit.
If it is a split package order, it will start from the time of the final package delivery date and time.
All swimwear, bodysuits, intimates, jewelry, face masks, and beauty products are final sale and non-refundable.
- Orders returned without meeting the above criteria are subject to a 20% restocking fee or we may decline the entire return.
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
- Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless it was a shipping error or a damaged item.
- Please allow Valomie 5 - 7 business days from the day we receive the returned package to process.
- Valomie will email you after return has been processed to confirm what has been done.

Returns will be issued refunds in the form of a digital Gift Card
We must receive your return within 5 TO 7 business days of your order date to be eligible for a refund.
Returns must be scent free, unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached. Please include your package slip with the return.
*****UPDATED 2021 Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping back to retailer. Merchandise would have to be brought to your nearest USPS center to purchase shipping label.
Sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
If items are sent back past the return policy period, the customer is responsible for return postage.
Shipping charges are not refundable.

HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY STORE CREDIT? Expect an emailed E-Gift card within 3 business days of the delivery of your Return at Valomie Boutique.
Do we offer return labels? No, however if it is your first return we will offer a shipping label paid by Valomie Boutique
Can I make a return past the 7-day period for store credit?
Unfortunately, we cannot accept clothing past the 7-day return policy for store credit. If items are returned past this period, the customer will be required to pay a $6 shipping charge to have the items sent back.

If you wish to exchange your item for another size, you must return your unwanted item back to us. After we receive, inspect and approve your item, we will issue a refund to your original form of payment. You may then place an order for the desired size.
